Excuses for not eating:

 

- I already ate

- stomach pains

- generally ill

- going somewhere to eat 

- You have a lot of work to do, so you eat later or take it with u

 

 

If u lose motivation:

 

- Tie a shoelace or a string tight around your waste and watch it get lose

- Remember why u started

- Remember how u felt last time

- Look at what you did for progress, do you really wanna give that up?

- Look in the mirror

- Step on the scale

- Think about how it will be if your finally thin

Against hunger:

 

- Smoke or vape until your not hungry anymore (its the best suppressant ever)

- Fill up on water or diet soda

- Black coffee

- In a really bad case eat vegetables

- Think about how all that food will turn into fat

- Distract yourself with literally anything

- Gum
