My experience:

 

So, what's the number one enemy? Exactly, calories. So, what shouldn't u do? Exactly, binge. And what the fuck are u doing? Exactly, stuffing ur face with food. 

But don't worry, I got u. I myself struggle with it and I when I binge it's mostly for three to seven days, so I know how helpless and demotivated u can feel. So I made a customized diet based on my experiences and others and if you do it exactly as I say, u will put off that binge weight pretty quickly and keep it off.

 

Diet - 3 days binging

 

Day 1

So the first thing u will do next morning is weigh urself. I know it's painful and I myself never did it because I was so scared of the number, but it's important. If you did it, I know it was painful and I'm so proud of u love <3 

Okay, next we're gonna buy a bunge of diet sodas, cigarrettes/vapes (optional), Jello, Gum and other stuff like that, because especially in the beginning it's really important to have those things. The first day after binging is always the hardest because of ur blood sugar spikes/lows and that's why it's really difficult to stop binging, but we're gonna get through that.

Make sure to not eat before 3 pm, trust me. U can eat the stuff like gum and jello and diet soda, but that's it. Nothing "real". U gotta trust me on that. Okay, now it's three pm and you've been waiting the whole day to eat now, but before that you're gonna do the following stuff: 

1. Do 200 Jumping jacks and 20 squats

2. Drink water (it has to be water not soda) until u really can't any more

3. do another 50 Jumping jacks

Good, now u can eat, but it has to be one of the following meals: 

Meal 1: Two eggs

Meal 2: One apple, 10 Grapes and 10 grams of dark chocolate (at least 75%)

Meal 3: Three carrots, one potato and an egg

After your meal drink lots of water (again, water not soda) and your gonna skip dinner. Believe me, skip it. If u live with parents, make up an excuse, I don't care, just don't. eat. anything. else. Go to bed before 9 pm, just trust me. 

Day 2/3

I'm so proud of you, the hardest step is done! For the next two days u can go back to ur normal ana behavior, just stay unter 400 cals. If ur binge weight didn't go away at the morning of the forth day, ur gonna eat under 500 until it is and then u can make mid res or whatever u want. congrats if u did it, I knew u could do it! <3

 

 

Diet - 7 days binging

 

So, I know how u feel. like it's impossible toever get thin and angel like. But it isn't, we're gonna bring u back on track. 

Day 1

Okay, for this one u'll do the exact same as in the three days binging, EXCEPT weigh urself. Ur not gonna do that for another three days, u hear me? That's just too brutal, u can't handle that.

Day 2

Ur gonna fast for this one, sorry love <3

Day 3

Do day one again

Day 4/5/6

Make sure to not eat before one pm and max 500 cals

Day 7

Weigh urself. If ur not back on track, keep eating max 500 cals, if u are, go slowly up if u want up, just one important thing: Do not fast more then one day for another week, trust me.
